2.3 — Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, or for transactions above a certain amount, nagad88 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed without submission of the required documents. This process is in place to ensure financial security.

3.1 — Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit at nagad88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

3.2 — Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: As a Gold member, if your net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, you will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

Cashback is added to the account automatically. VIP tier progression is determined based on play history and activity.

4.3 — Bonus Abuse

If abuse of bonus benefits, meeting bonus requirements through coordinated betting strategies, or any form of fraud is detected, nagad88 may cancel the bonus and related winnings and suspend or close the account.

5.1 — General Betting Terms

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is a technical error in the system. The outcome of a bet will depend on the final result of the relevant sport or event.

• Displayed odds may change at any time — the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the related bet will be settled according to nagad88's rules.
• In a multi-bet, if even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.
